Temcoat Adjust F
A water-base solution formulated to replenish spent levels of fluoride ion in solutions of Temcoat 1021. Aluminum conversion coatings are dependent on fluoride ion to keep the surface free of interfering oxides at the metal/coating interface.

Features/Benefits:
In lines processing high volumes of aluminum, the fluoride ion is consumed at a faster rate than total acid; therefore, supplemental additions of Temcoat Adjust F are generally required. The frequency and amount of these additions varies in proportion to the surface area of aluminum processed.
